The Fund is a local registered charity, set up 30 years ago, to raise money to provide equipment and services to benefit patients of the Axbridge and Wedmore GP Practice. 

 

Because of the generosity of many people we have raised over £200,000 in those 30+ years.  We provide:

• equipment for patients when the NHS cannot

• equipment to the GP Surgery to help our GPs give you a better service

• support to patients and their families through other services

 

We welcome ideas from patients to improve the services of this Practice and we also welcome donations from grateful patients and their families.  We also welcome any patient who would like to join the committee that runs the charity.
